UK Shipping

We always aim to offer a fast and efficient delivery service. All weekday orders placed before 4pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day. All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Plymouth, UK.

International Shipping

We endeavour to dispatch all small orders placed before 4pm (UK time) Monday to Friday the same day, except on Bank (Public) Holidays. Larger orders with more logistics can take 1 extra working day to process.

Shipping times assume no delays clearing customs. If there is a delay in clearing customs in your country this will add additional days to your shipping time which is outside our control.

Import Costs

Your courier and/or customs will contact you on how to pay any import costs. We treat orders from outside the UK as export orders so do not charge UK tax, but you may have to pay local taxes / import duty before delivery.

You the customer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, handling fees and customs charges required by your country for importing goods.

If you do not pay additional costs and your order is allowed to be returned to us, we will refund you minus £25 to cover costs we will incur for the order to be returned. If any fees are applied and you refuse delivery then the cost of getting the package returned to us will be deducted from any refund.

In rare cases, customs will destroy goods rather than return them to us if costs are not repaid. In this case we are entitled to deduct any losses occurred from the refund, so we strongly advise you pay any fees required. We are not able to pre-advise of any import costs as they vary from country to country and depend on the contents of your order.

Additional Information Required for Specific Countries

Countries marked with * require additional information for customs clearance:

  • Italy — Provide your Codice Fiscale number (required for customs clearance for orders under EUR150).
  • Norway — Provide your PID (Personal Identification Number) (required for customs clearance for orders over 1,000 NOK).
  • Spain — Provide your DNI number (required for customs clearance for orders over EUR150).
  • Turkey — Company: VAT Number. Private Individual: TR ID Number. Foreigner: Passport Number.
  • Brazil — Provide CPF number.
  • Japan — Address must be written in English (couriers cannot process orders in Japanese).
  • South Korea — Company: VAT Number. Individual/Foreigner: 13-digit PCCC or 8-digit birth date (YYYYMMDD).

International Shipping Methods

We use a range of world class couriers: Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, UPS and FedEx. Full tracking will be provided.

Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges. If your order has taken longer than expected to arrive, please contact us. You must contact us within 30 days of your order being dispatched so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

Order Tracking

Royal Mail Tracked is used as a delivery method where possible. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your order at multiple stages of the delivery process via royalmail.com. Parcelforce is generally used for deliveries over 3kg.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

According to Royal Mail guidelines, if an item has not been delivered we must wait 10 days until a compensation claim can be made. If you have not received your order, please email us at info@boulderflash.com and we will find a resolution for you. You must contact us within 30 days of your order being dispatched so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

Transport Damage

Please check your shipment for completeness and transport damage immediately upon receipt and refuse to accept it if there is visible damage. If the damage was not discovered directly upon receipt, please take photos of:

  • The outside and inside of the package
  • The shipping label
  • Detailed photos of the damage

We need the information within 4 days to file the claim on time.
