Need to return something? Don't worry, we've got you covered.

Return Eligibility

You may return any item within 100 calendar days from the date of delivery. Whether the product doesn't fit, doesn't meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, we've got you covered.

Please take care of items as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund due to poor handling (avoid contact with dirt, chalk, dust, animal hair or carpet fluff).

How to Return

Fill out the return form

Fill out the return form included with every order. If your return form is not in the box, contact us and we'll send one.

Pack the goods

Return everything unused, as new, with original labels/tags and packaging. Please do not stick labels or tape directly to shoe boxes and avoid damaging the packaging.

Send the goods

Post to the address below via a tracked/signed-for service. We recommend keeping your proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Get your money back

Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked and a refund issued using the same payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

It is up to the customer to pay the postage to return items to us. We do not charge for processing your return. All items should be sent via a recorded or tracked service — always obtain proof of posting.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a particular item in a different colour or size, simply return the unwanted item and order a new one. This way you will receive your replacement item a lot quicker — subject to stock availability.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

Due to the swift handling of orders, it is unlikely that we can change or cancel an order once it has been dispatched. If you require urgent changes, please contact us at info@boulderflash.com as soon as possible. Orders placed after 2pm (UK time) on Friday or during the weekend cannot be cancelled or modified.

Warranty Claims

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, or the item develops a fault later, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the usage of the item
  • A picture that clearly shows the fault
  • A picture of the top/front and bottom/back of the product
  • A picture of the sizing label
  • For shoes: a picture of the end tip of the shoe
