We always aim to offer a fast and efficient delivery service. All weekday orders placed before 4pm (UK time) will be sent on the same day.

Shipping methods
Royal Mail Tracked is used as a delivery method where possible. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched that will allow you to track your order at multiple stages of the delivery process.
You should receive an email and SMS (if a mobile phone number is provided) from Royal Mail about the delivery status of your order once the delivery is in their hands.
According to Royal Mail guidelines if an item has not been delivered we must wait 10 days until a compensation claim can be made. If you have not received your order please email us at info@boulderflash.com and we will find a resolution for you.
International shipping
We endeavour to dispatch all small orders placed before 4pm (UK time) Monday to Friday the same day, except on Bank (Public) Holidays.
Larger orders with more logistics can take 1 extra working day to process.
Shipping times are stated in the shipping tables below and assume that there will be no delays clearing customs. If there is a delay in clearing customs in your country this will add additional days to your shipping time which is outside our control.
Import costs
Your courier and/or customs will contact you on how to pay any import costs.
You the customer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, handling fees and customers charges required by your country for importing goods.
If you do not pay additional costs and your order is allowed to be returned to us, we will refund you minus £25 to cover costs will will incur for order to be returned.
If any fees are applied and you refuse delivery then the cost of getting the package returned to us will be deducted from any refund.
In rare cases, customs will destroy good rather that return them to us is costs are not repaid. In this case we are entitled to deduct the any losses occurred from the refund, so strongly advise you pay any fees required.
We are not able to pre-advise of any import costs as vary from country to country and depends on the contents of your order.

Additional information required for specific countries
Italy – Please provide your Codice Fiscale number, by entering in your address, or sending by email after placing your order. Your Codice Fiscale number will be required for Customs clearance into Italy for orders under €150.
Norway – Please provide your PID (Personal Identification Number), by entering in your address, or sending by email after placing your order. Your PID number will be required for Customs clearance into Norway for orders over 1,000 NOK.
Spain – Please provide your DNI number, by entering in your address, or sending by email after placing your order. Your DNI will be required for Customs clearance into Spain for orders over €150.
Turkey – Orders sent to Turkey will need the following information:
- Company Order – VAT Number
- Private Individual – TR ID Number
- Foreigner – Passport Number
- Either write these numbers with your name and address, or send an email with your details after you have placed your order.
Brazil – Orders sent to Brazil will require a CPF number. Either write your CPF number with your name and address, or send an email with your CPF number after you have placed your order.
Japan – Your address will need to be written in English, as our couriers are unable to process orders in Japanese.
South Korea – Orders sent to South Korea will need the following information:
- Company Order – VAT Number
- Private Individual or Foreigner: Preferred: 13 digit code with Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), Alternative: 8 digit birth date using format YYYYMMDD
- Either write these numbers with your name and address, or send an email with your details after you have placed your order
Shipping methods
We use a range of world class couriers, which includes Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
Full tracking will be provided to you by the courier when your order has been dispatched and they will contact you if any action is required from you.
Failed deliveries
Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.
Late shipments
If your order has taken longer than expected to arrive then please contact us. You must contact us within 30 days of your order being dispatched so we can arrange for a replacement or refund to be processed, failure to do so may mean we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.
Transport damage
Please check your shipment for completeness and transport damage immediately upon receipt and refuse to accept it if there is visible damage.
If the damage was not discovered directly upon receipt, please take a photo of:
- The outside of the package
- The inside of the package
- The shipping label on the package
- Detailed photos of the damage
We need the information within 4 days to file the claim on time.
Failure to file a claim or contact us will not affect your statutory warranty rights. However, doing so allows us to file our own claims against the carrier provider or transport insurance.
Payment
We want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. There are no hidden ‘service charges’.
