Highball bouldering is the pursuit of freedom that toes on the edge of free soloing. Highballing has become...

Korey grew up playing traditional team sports in school but always felt something was missing. Team sports weren't cutting it. He found climbing in 2014, and although he didn't know it at the time, it would be the driving factor for the next few years of his life.
Korey worked as a climbing instructor for years at his local climbing centre. He honed his skills on plastic while taking frequent outdoor trips to the Red River Gorge in Kentucky, driving 7 hours one way! Having grown up in the plains, it was hard to touch real rock, so he sought out the mountains.
For the past few years, Korey has been climbing anywhere that inspires him, from the splitter cracks in Indian Creek, Utah, to the mega multi-pitches in the Wind River Range, Wyoming, to the local crags and boulder fields around his new home in Boise, Idaho.
When he's not climbing, he can be found racing down the foothills on his mountain bike, cruising down the local mountain on his snowboard, or pushing around his skateboard.
