Giveaway Ts and Cs

The Boulderflash Giveaway is governed by the following Terms & Conditions as of the 1st May 2024:

1. Draw not open to employees of Boulderflash their families or anyone associated with this draw.
2. There is 1 x Bundle worth over £100 (RRP) per month to be won.
3. One entry per person per month. Entries are not returnable.
4. Entry must be submitted by following boulderflash, liking the social media post and leaving a flash emoji in the post comments by midnight GMT on the last day of each month.
5. Extra entries are available each month, details can be found in the monthly giveaway post on our socail media or the competitions page on the Boulderflash website.
6. The first Giveaway month is May 2024 (winner to be announced on 7th June 2024). Future draw dates to be stated in each giveaway post.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost or damaged.
9. One winner per month will be drawn at random by an independent judge by the 7th of each month (following month of giveaway) from all entries across Facebook and Instagram platforms. Any images of prizes shown are for illustrative purposes only. Prize subject to availability and the promoter shall not be liable for the unavailability of the particular products listed but shall endeavour to supply a suitable alternative. The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will be informed by an offical boulderflash social media account.
11. The winner drawn by 7th of each month will receive notice by 17th of each month, within seven days of the draw, when information about the winner will be available by sending an self-addressed enveloped to Boulderflash Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ
12. If a prize is unclaimed after 30 days and reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit or select another winner at random without any liability to the winner for having done so.
13. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

15. By entering this giveaway, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
